DOBLADO DE TUBOS / PIPING BENDING

Uno de los principales problemas que nos hemos encontrado es el curvado de los tubos de acero Reynolds 631, por lo que Carlos Reoyo ha tenido que rehacer el diseño de las curvas del bastidor y basculante para que se pudiesen fabricar con la curvadora del Taller de Máquina Herramienta de la UPNa. Finalmente, tras el miércoles más largo de nuestra vida, conseguimos dejarlos según plano y listos para montar en el utillaje de soldadura. Un gran ejemplo de trabajo en equipo. One of the main issues we found was to bend the Reynolds 631 steel pipes, and that is why Carlos Reoyo had to redesign all the frame curves so they can be manufactured with the bending machine of the Machining Shop at the UPNa. Finally, after the longest Wednesday of our lives, we bent them to the same shape as in the drawings, and ready to be mounted in the welding tool. An outstanding example of team work.
